PostgreSQL support has been available for the Publisher Client since Runtime 16.4, but be aware of a critical bug that is fixed in 16.6.1
JBoss EAP 7.4 supports Java 17 in update 7 and later
Only supports Encore (Studio Server) 17 against a Publisher Client for Runtime 17 and not Runtime 16
Runtime 18.0 and beyond requires Publisher Client 8.2 or higher
